Johannesburg – 14 September 2021 – NBCUniversal International Networks today asked fans to join Telemundo Africa on TikTok and celebrate brand new series Loli’s Luck by sharing how life with family is different, fun or fabulous! Loli’s Luck airs every night on Telemundo (DStv Channel 118) at 21:00 WAT / 22:00 CAT.

Fans are encouraged to share their funny family stories, unforgettable memories or even showcase favourite relatives performing a hilarious skit or dance by using #LolisLuck. A selection of videos posted by 30 September will be chosen to feature on the channel.

Film actress and director Iyabo Ojo (@iyaboojo)* has already given her unique take on the craziest moments of family life and she’s joined by popular influencers including Aji Anje (@aji_anje), Jhayne Michaels (@jhayneey), BabyC (@babyc.worldwide), Damilola Ibitoye (@stylesbydamie) and Ifeoma Efiokwu (@e4ma).

Loli’s Luck tells the story of Loli Aguilar (Silvia Navarro), a single and successful executive producer at Global Radio Group, the top broadcast network on the US West Coast. As Loli’s career continues to rise, her love life takes the back seat while she enjoys her freedom and a commitment-free life. She’s a woman who has never found true love and has made the decision to never have children of her own.

However, her life turns upside down when her best friend Mariana (Jacky Bracamontes) suddenly passes away leaving everything to Loli, including her two children. Loli will have to face her new reality and learn, through the struggles, that the most important thing isn’t her career and that the true meaning of life’s success is family and love.

Additional cast members include: Osvaldo Benavides (The Perfect Dictatorship), Gaby Espino (Playing with Fire), Joaquín Ferreira (Club de Cuervos), Mariana Seoane (The Inmate) and Rodrigo Vidal (Amigas y Rivales); with special performances by Carlos Ponce (Playing with Fire), Jeimy Osorio (Betty in New York) and Jesús Moré (Lord of the Skies).
