It’s that time of the year again, where we get to celebrate OLMECA NATIONAL TEQUILA DAY!

 

As part of their annual tradition, Olmeca Tequila is on a mission to help you honour the good times by transporting you to the BEST summer, even if it is whilst staying at home and staying safe.

You can win an Olmeca Tequila Party Pack that will enable you to make the perfect tequila shot-tails at home.  The pack includes: 

• 2 Bottles Olmeca Silver

• 1 x JBL Clip 4 Speaker

• 6 x  shot glasses

• 1 x shot glass tray.

Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions (T&C’s):

The Promoter is Total Exposure  PTY Ltd.  (“The Promoter”).

The competition is open to all Johannesburg Residents above the age of 18 who are in possession of a valid identity document, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the promotional competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

The competition will be run on Twitter, on Five of the Promoters influencers pages.  

 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

 

How to enter the competition:

• The competition will be open on 11 and 12 December 2021 for Johannesburg residents, over the age of 18. 

• On 11 December FIVE influencers will share questions on their Twitter platforms with the hashtag #OlmecaNationalTequilaDay

• On 11 and 12  December 2021, followers must search #OlmecaNationalTequilaDay, find the competition post, Like and Retweet the competition, and post their answers.  

• 5 winners will be chosen.  Each winner will get an Olmeca Tequila Party Pack Hamper with: two bottles of Olmeca Silver, a JBL Clip 4 Speaker, 6 shot glasses and a shot glass tray -  the perfect gift to celebrate Olmeca National Tequila Day!

• To qualify, entrants must be sure to add the following hashtags to their answer: #OlmecaNationalTequilaDay and #ShotCutToSummer

Entries clearly not associated with the entrant’s name/handle will be disqualified.

​

The competition mechanics state that you need to "RETWEET WITH COMMENT" an image from one of our influencer’s posts and give the answers to the competition.  

​

The promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being submitted.

​

The winners will be selected by 13 December 2021 at 10 am.

​

The winner will be notified via Twitter and will be required to provide their contact details.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  WINNERS MUST COLLECT THEIR HAMPERS IN MELVILLE BETWEEN 15:00 AND 18:30 ON TUESDAY, 14 DECEMBER 2021.

Organisers will endeavour to contact the winner on the telephone number provided. If, however, they cannot be reached after 3 attempts have been made during business hours within a period of 24 hours for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected in accordance with the competition rules.

​

The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable. Winners will have to claim their prize within 1 day of the draw having taken place and at that time identify themselves with a barcoded South African ID book and sign a receipt for any prize received. Failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request that images taken of the winners be used for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner, which request the winner may decline.

​

Except in so far as is provided for in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

​

The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and staff.
